TAB MAP Company has been involved in Mississippi Tax Mapping since the
original mandate of the State Tax Commission in 1980. We were contracted
with George County, Mississippi to compile the original maps. This process took two
years to complete and began with the process of locating sections corners
on aerial photography, then compiling the land ownership lines onto the
photography. Since that time, TAB MAP Company has maintained the tax maps in
George County.
Among other tax mapping projects TAB MAP has
completed are:
- Original mapping of
Jackson County, Mississippi municipalities.
- Maintain Greene County, Mississippi mapping.
- Maintain George County, Mississippi mapping.
- Maintain Lauderdale
County, Mississippi mapping.
- Worked with Southern
Cadastral Mapping on Ohio mapping.
- Completed re-mapping
Greene County with new aerials.
